great location

The king room was super clean, with a nice, comfy bed. The continental breakfast was a nice touch, and i loved how the staff maintained the cleanliness of the common areas while guests were enjoying their meals. It's just across the road from the casino!

The breakfast was okay, American standards with no special features. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A big safe is available.

The rooms are poorly lit; the wifi is very slow and unreliable; the pool is very small and not recommended.

The place was conveniently located near the casino, making it easy to access the entertainment options. The facilities were very clean, and we enjoyed the overall high-end feel during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and we appreciated the pool area which felt quite inviting, especially given the warm weather. While the continental breakfast left a bit to be desired, our stay was still quite enjoyable for the price we paid.

Comfortable but plain room on the ground floor - so curtains drawn. Good location to spread out in the Great Smoky Mountains, but just like dozens of other Lodges and motels around.

Check your key card regularly. Ours malfunctioned often!!! Ensure the heating system is improved. It didn't maintain a comfortable temperature!!!
